Pecularity: Selective picking of desiccated
grapes on vine trunk
Vinification : Lightly macerated for one
night. Light pressing, which is done in such a way to extract the future
aroma. Light settling of the must then left to ferment and mature for 18
months.
Tasting notes : A clear and intense garnet
colour. Nose is discreet leaving one to imagine a promising future.
Perception of aroma of red berries, a subtle zest of peat. Candid,
expressive and very expressive mouthfeel. A breathtaking freshness which
combines a wide panel of fresh and acidulous red berries. A beautiful
structure in the mouth.
