Vinification: Long pressing, light settling
of the must. Traditional vinification in thermoregulation vats. Bottled
in spring.
Tasting notes : A clear yellow colour,
crystal clear. Fresh nose to the zest of small white flowers and fresh
fruits. Pleasant, light and fruity mouthfeel.
Potential ageing: Enjoy this Chardonnay when
it’s young (1 to 2 years).
