Tasting notes: Clear yellow colour, fine
bubbles. Open nose, to white fleshed fruits’ aroma (peach, pear), a
subtle zest of torrefaction, that of brioche. Ample mouth, delicate
moustille. Lovely volume, combining its remarkable freshness to its
beautiful aromatic complexity.
