Vinification: Long pressing period, lightly decanted and very slow fermentation. Production takes 12 months in barrels.

Tasting notes : A super lucid yellow colour, legs rich and graceful, and a brilliant disc. Opulent and intense aroma. Beautiful harmony with a floral sweetness (honeysuckle), a mature, fruity (quince) and fresh (citrus fruit). Ample and generous attack on the mouth. Beautiful aromatic palette, of fresh fruits (almonds). Balanced, bringing together its smoothness and subtle freshness.

Potential ageing: 5 to 7 years
