"Respecting authenticity and the
expression of terroir"
We chose to explore all the facets of 'chenin' and 'cabernet' through a
wide range of appellation, all benefiting from a particular terroir. In
order to achieve this we adapt to a strategic cultivation taking into
account the nature of the soil (de-grassing and working the land).
Because "Quality" is our master word, we have to maintain regularity in
the excellence of our wines.
In order to attain to our goals, we work rigorously on the vineyards:
leaf removal, green harvest, little yields, severe sorting during
harvest time…
Finally every parcel of land is turned to wine and then produced
separately to maintain better the "authenticity and the
expression of terroir"
