Tasting notes of the "Evanescence" wine

Deep garnet colour, brilliant meniscus, and greasy legs. Nose is expressive to black berries/currant, soaked prunes, sweet spices, and vanilla aroma. Mouth has a clear and ample attack which is highlighted by beautiful tannin. The middle of the mouth is dense, structured and has a great aromatic complexity (black berries/currant a tinge of liquorice). Persistent.
