A persistent, brilliant and limpid yellow, a thick disk and generous legs. At the first nose a little discreet in terms of aroma and freshness, juicy fruits: pear and peach… Second 'reading' is more expressive to stewed fruit flavours. Seducing mouthfeel, rich and fresh at the same time.

Potential ageing of the "Clos de la girardière"

Very pleasant when young, Le Couteaux du Layon Rablay Le Clos de la Girardière can be kept for ten years.
